Random Acts of Kindness.

This week Room 11 is focusing on Random Acts of Kindness. If you don't know what Random Acts of Kindness are, it's doing something kind randomly for someone like giving a hand to someone or help someone when they need help with their work. It could even be to smile at someone so they know you're kind. Room 11 wrote 3 kind goals they had to do through the week in their inquiry book. Room 11 will do all their goals this week and make people happy.

Adding Using the Splitting Number Strategy

I have had requests from parents for videos demonstrating how the splitting number strategy works. Here is a video from youtube which will show you briefly how they solve problems.
